![]() A Knightblade's Guide![]() One of the finest games that Square has produced for the Playstation is Final Fantasy Tactics. A hybrid between a platform RPG and a tactical strategy game, it features an orthagonal 3D engine, nineteen character classes, and a Job system similar to the one introduced in FF5. It combines the best features of Ogre Battle and the rest of the Final Fantasy series. You play Ramza Beoulve, the youngest scion of a noble family that has served the Kingdom of Ivalice for generations. Too young to have participated in the Fifty Years' War, Ramza will instead involve himself in a conflict called the Lion War. History says that a young man named Delita Hyral was the central figure in the conflict; a hero that took the reins of power from the warring Lions and forged peace in the region. History is lying. |
SpoilersThe selections below contain information that may help you find rare items, hidden locations on the map, and abilities that you didn't know that your characters possessed. You may want to finish the game before you read these articles. Some of the information herein is readily available by hitting 'select' in-game; this is a help function. Other info was taken (ultimately) from the strategy guide by Prima Publishing. I've tried to correct their errors where possible. |
